My friend was married last September and I had the honor of being one of her bridesmaids and making her wedding cake! The cake was 4 tiers with a different filling in each tier. Each tier was a vanilla bean cake and the first tier had a vanilla filling, second tier had strawberry filling, the third tier had an oreo filling and the top tier had a whipped ganache filling. The entire cake was covered in vanilla buttercream and piped with swiss dots and decorated with silk sunflowers.
